Users
Every Maple Interactive plans has a number of user accounts included, which double-up as email mailboxes (read under POP Email). This means that up to this number of users can at any one time be working on different areas of your online business.
POP Email
Maple Interactive includes email hosting for up to the number of users in your plan (you can setup an unlimited number of aliases for each mailbox). Each email mailbox has a 100Mb disk space limit and a 100Mb attachment limit applies to each message.
Email Notifications
You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer enquires or shops on your website, free of charge. Of course you can manage and customize these to suit your needs via Maple Interactive' Workflow options.
Disk Space
Every Maple Interactive plan has generous disk space limit, to host your images, flash files and javascript. You can use FTP or the online File Manager to upload your files.
Bandwidth
Maple Interactive, like all our other plans, comes with a massive 100GB of bandwidth traffic. In our experience it's unlikely that you will exceed this limit.
Using your own URL
You can use your own URL - you don't need to use the yourname.mapleinteractive.com address that is assigned to you when you first sign-up (although you can if you want). You have two choices - you can either let Maple Interactive host your DNS (you need to redelegate your domain to us), or you can create an A-Record in your current DNS hosting service. Most businesses opt to use Maple Interactive's DNS, it's free. We've got an article that will help you out here - never fear :)

You can get support through a variety of avenues - we've got a comprehensive training manual, online help and training videos. We also offer support via our Forums on the Maple Interactive site, where our support engineers are waiting to help you!
